A house steeped in history
Leading Family Hotels Löwe & Bär look back on a centuries-old history. The “Gatterhof”, as Leading Family Hotel Löwe used to be called, was built in 1536, making it one of the oldest buildings in the municipality of Serfaus. Once the residence of the aristocratic Stachelburger family, it's now a cheerful place where children romp and play.
There are still reminders of the history of the building today, for example, the façade of Leading Family Hotel Löwe. The listed building still accommodates part of the hotel today, but you will no longer find any counts there. Instead, you will see cheerful families come and go and fill the historic premises with happiness.
